Layer Problem Please Check Pictures for More Detail

Postby wo4sunhao » Mon Jul 08, 2019 9:51 pm

Basically the layer is separated in some level height. I am not sure if the layer does not stick to each other or the printer does not print on the right spot. I have bought this printer for 2 years and this problem is the first time happen and continue happen randomly.

Here is the description if you can't see the layer clearly:

The layer get seperated randomly on different level

The seperation is not constant. It means it may become good layer again after seperation.

It happend more on thin wall parts (Ring shape parts)

P.S. Here is no warp between separate layer and good layer. It just look like the bad layer is not printed on the pervious layer but on air.

It's going to be difficult for anyone to give you advice on this if you don't include details like the material you're using, the temperature and speed settings, whether you are using layer cooling, nozzle size, etc...

So do you have the similar issue before?

The most common cause of layer separation is that your print temperature is too low. But it's hard to say for sure since I have no idea what material you are using or what your print settings are.
