Wall separation on one wide or area on delta

Postby Voc007 » Sun Jan 20, 2019 10:56 pm

I have a weird wall separation on same location no matter what the print is square or circle, brim is prefect, walls are straight and even. This is happening towards at z tower side. Belts are nice and firm not to tight or loose, bed is nice, flat, stationary and level. This just started to happen, I have done 100mm extrusion test and it is within specs, like 99.8, cubes are 20.04 mm. It does not look like a separation but a cutting short on something ? I have included some screenshots and one of the brims..

Sorry but the issue seems not having a lot to the software settings but configuration in your firmware or hardware which is causing the moving issue in one direction as your printer cannot print true circle or true square. Not an expert on tuning Delta printer, you may need to get more information in forums for more Delta users.
