Yesterday (no surprise) the printer stopped after 3 hours... with an error message.
This morning, I'm receiving this message and each time I hot cancel it pops back up. I's an endless loop.
How do I proceed past this?

You may need to do the cancel on touchscreen. Because once you hit cancel, the printer will back to idle state able to take another printer from remotely directly. If you haven't clean your build plate before, it may do harm to your printer. So we want you go to the printer to make sure nothing on build plate and press cancel on touchscreen
