I need support from everyone

I have had nothing but problems I paid $4200 for an expensive show piece nothing more and have been waiting for over a month for a response now I know people get busy but a month guys really flsun in CHINA gets back to me in 12 hrs I feel as if I was sold a lemon company got paid but I the customer has never got this printer to work for more than a week with many issues since day one does anyone know how to repair this printer in the public I would really love to see this printer work I really believed in raise3d

Can you please describe the problems? I cannot speak for the community here but I think we all like to help you. So please provide some details on the issues.

FYI, I too had some issues, but except for 1 hardware issue, we worked through them and got them all addressed. I have found the Raise3D support team to be extremely responsive and helpful.
