Are you printing with dual nozzles? We finally gave up and removed the 2nd hot end because it would frequently drag on the part and cause offset issues.

Hi Vicky, thanks for your reply. I hear no clicking noise. It moves relatively smoothly however I feel more resistance in the left third of the x axis (moving from right to left looking into the printer). Any other suggestions?

Please go through the attached two instructions to find and check whether the two couplers look fine or not.
https://support.raise3d.com/Pro2-Series ... 4-685.html
https://support.raise3d.com/Pro2-Series ... 4-676.html

If couplers looks fine, please go through the following guide to re-align the gantry.

If it is still not helping the issue, you may need to consider to contact our technicians for further diagonise.

Hi thanks for your reply. The couplers were fine, those links are for the Pro-series and doesn't apply to my N2+ dual extruder so much. It would be great if you could send me the ones for the N2+ just in case I have to disassemble it some time.
The gantry alignment instructions were fine in spite of my printer not been delivered with those blocks. I used other bits for that part.
I had 2 successful prints after aligning the gantry, however I would still like to have some instructions to check the voltage on the x and y motor drivers. I am afraid that that the one driving the x axis (which also pulls filament as it moves to the left) might be lacking power.
Would it be possible you send me a link to some instructions on how to do that? or put me in contact with tech support?
Thanks again!

This instruction shows you how to check voltage on stepper drivers on N series printer. https://support.raise3d.com/N2-N2-Plus/ ... 3-183.html
For the coupler guides, the gantry of N series and Pro2 series are pretty similar to each other. You can locate the coupler based on Pro2 guide.
