Actually newly made machines should all be V2. We have upgraded V2 early last year.

2. I can't attach an image (I have to put the image on a website, which I can do but it seems awkward)

When replying, under the reply box is 3 buttons, Safe Draft, Preview, and submit. Under that is an OPTIONS tab and an Attachment tab. Click the attachment tab, brows and upload the file, press PLACE INLINE, preview your post, boom, pictures

I guess you are doing reply at Quick Reply box.
There is another opinion below called Full Editor & Preview. Inside there, you can add attachment.

If you want to establish a new thread, you need to back to http://forum.raise3d.com/ and choose a board to release you thread first. We have 7 boards currently. Then choose New Topic to start a new thread.

Reminder after loading and unloading filament that the temperature does not automatically turn off. Great if you are about to print something. Not so good if you walk away and forget to set the extruder temperatures back to zero.

We have received the advise from JohnSays. He thinks that not stopping heating does more help to him. But we still think stopping will be more safe.
We will consider to add an option for both of this. You can enable when you want to print or load or unload immediately. And disable when you only want to load or unload.

Hello everyone,
I discovered my superb RAISE3D N2 + Dual! It's a great machine!
Bravo for packaging that is particularly well thought out: often the manufacturer is concerned about his responsibility but in this case, the packaging is also provided for the user who wants to transport his machine somewhere! (it is reusable) THANK YOU!

Please, excuse my poor "english" (and, again, thank you to GOOGLE !!!) I live in DALHEM (Belgium), between LIEGE and MAASTRICHT, 2 km from VISE and there, we speak French: o)

Hello, and welcome to join the community! :)
Please keep all the packaging and protective parts properly, in case the machine needs to be transport to any other where in future.
