At home service?

Postby MindController000 » Sun Feb 21, 2021 1:22 am

I made this post about 10 months ago

viewtopic.php?t=20349

and never got around to attempting the repair. I got the pro 2 plus just to print things for fun with my son (he is 13 now) so I can afford to let it stay offline since it's not work related, but I would like to get back into printing.

The thing is I'm a quadriplegic (I have some arm movement so typing and such is doable etc.) and doing any repairs myself is a no go. My son is not the best with his hands and my friends are all intimidated or are inept lol

I'm wondering if there is a service where someone can come to my house for repair?

If that's not a service available I'm in northern California if any members are down to make a house call I can pay you for your time

Thanks

I would suggest creating a support ticket so that one of our technical support engineers can better assist you in getting the machine repaired.
