I think the same. It all makes for resonance, right? I made a shelf in the corner of my office from some leftover kitchen worktop - it's 40mm thick solid Beech, so nice and heavy. That's fastened down to batons on two brick walls, with the furthest corner supported by a leg down to the floor. I made the shelf 860mm from floor level, which for me (5'10" ish) is a nice height when setting up, checking or removing prints. I also added a small piece of the dense packing foam the machine came in near the top, which made a surprising difference in damping down movement.
