Issue with Printing from cloud.raise3d.com

Postby jcharest@katomed.ai » Thu Sep 21, 2023 7:36 pm

I recently started unexpectedly having an issue printing files from cloud.raise3d.com. Every time I try to print I get the following error.

This problem arose yesterday. Clicking confirm, refreshing, and trying again don't work. I've tried power cycling both my computer and the printer. I've also tried toggling the receive job button for the printer. Nothing is actually wrong with the files because old files that I've already printed give the same response and I'm able to print by uploading via USB. The dashboard for the 3d printer is working. I'm able to see the camera feed and settings. Any ideas what could be causing this? Here is my printer info

I'm using the Raise3D Pro3 with Hyperspeed upgrade and ideamaker 4.4.1 slicing software. I did not make any changes between my last successful print yesterday and when I started having this issue.

Thanks for bringing this up. This looks to be a bug so I will report this over to our RaiseCloud team. In the meantime, keep an eye out for a RaiseCloud update as this may soon be fixed. (update notifications normally populate on the upper top right corner of the webpage)

Our RaiseCloud team has responded and would like to know if this is still occurring. In addition to this, they're asking as well if you're able to replicate this consistently and how (if possible).
