Cloud Offline?????

Cloud Offline?????

Simple question....may require a complex response....but why is the cloud server offline so much? And, during an important print job that i needed to view ever so often last night? Poor timing

Anyone ?

Sorry for the issue. To better understand your issue, we want to ask you to help provide more information.
Would you like to advise what the device was doing when the issue happened?
Please export log files from Settings -> More Settings -> RaiseCloud -> RaiseCloud Log on your touchscreen and share with us.

Ok. If I see any other inaccuracies, I will export the log files.

Another matter that I forgot to mention - relating to this topic, is that my "Successes" and "fails" do not show in my stats ... they just show as completed projects. Any suggestions as to why?

Please check whether you can see the same successful and failed marks in the last image in the link below in your Dashboard or not.
