Cannot delete jobs from que

I have several jobs in the que that I do not want to print (i.e., accidentally created). When i use the trash-can icon to delete the job, i get the 'failed' pop-up and it remains. Similarly when i use any other delete options.

How do I delete jobs from the que?

You mean the queue in ideaMaker or in RaiseCloud?

The issue in RaiseCloud of receiving jobs has been fixed. Please try again and advise whether it still has issue or not.
