RaiseCloud/Octoprint stuck at "Receiving Job"

For the last couple days, I have been unable to send jobs to printers attached to RaiseCloud via RaiseOcto. It just sits in "Receiving Job". There is nothing I can do at that point other than reset the Octoprint software. I have heard from multiple other people that they are experiencing the same issue. I have tried giving it time to transfer the job. But after a couple hours, I am pretty sure it is not a "please wait" type of solution.

Sorry for the issue. It was caused by compatibility.
We have already found out the bug and will release a fixed version very soon. With the new version, you will be able to cancel Receiving Job if you don't want to wait until download completes.

That is good to hear, is there an ETA? An update to RaiseOcto has been a few days away for a couple months.

We will release a new version next week. Please have it updated and let us know whether there is still any issue or not.

RaiseCloud just updated to ver 1.1.0 but it did not fix the "Receiving Job" issue.

Edit: Uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin fixed the issues. Please do not have the plugin prompt to reinstall if it is not the proper way to install it.

Sorry for the issues. We will see how we can improve the update procedures in future versions.
