Octoprint Video Stream not available in Raisecloud

I have 4 printers all attached to Raisecloud via Raise Octo plugin. Is there something I need to do special to make the video streams available in Raisecloud? For a couple days after I set up I was able to see streams from 1 printer but that stopped working also and now I am unable to see any of the printers video feeds no matter what I do. Please help...

Would you like to advise more details regarding to the issue you have?
1. Have you tried reload the RaiseCloud webpage when you can't find Camera?

2. Would you like to help export the latest log file in Octo when there is no image in camera and share with us to help confirm what is causing the problem?
Click Tool Button in Octoprint page.

Locate the latest log file and download it.

The camera image works just fine in Octoprint, but there is no image in the Raisecloud viewer. Will the Octo log files help you resolve this?

You are correct that log file can help you review and locate what is causing your issue. It will be a large help for us to see what happened before and after the issue as well which will help us to understand what might be the cause a lot.
Please help export your log file when you see the issue happens again and share with us.
