Postby boelle » Sun May 24, 2020 7:40 pm

i have a printer with octoprint attached to it and the nozzle is set to 0,6mm in octoprint

but in raise cloud it's set to 0,4 and i'm told to change it in filament load/unload of the printer

since i dont have an raise3d i cant do that, are there other ways to change it?

For th first issue you brought you, you can use the the Nozzle Diameter settngs to change nozzle size.
1. Go to Octo then click tool icon.

Would you like to advise more details regarding to the issue you have?
1. Have you tried reload the RaiseCloud webpage when you can't find Camera?

2. Would you like to help export the latest log file in Octo when there is no image in camera and share with us to help confirm what is causing the problem?
Click Tool Button in Octoprint page.

Locate the latest log file and download it.

I also have a camera view in Octoprint but the Raise Cloud viewer shows no camera view. I have reloaded the RaiseCloud page several times.

Sorry for the issue. We are trying to recreate your issue and see how to fix it.
For the moment, pelase try change the nozzle diameter when binding your printer on RaiseCloud and see whether it take effect and show right nozzle size on RaiseCloud or not.

the cam is a raspberry pi cam and not a usb cam, but it works fine in octoprint even before the plugin is installed

We have tested the issue again and find out that changing nozzle size before installing plugin or binding printer, it doesn't work.
Please try input the settings again after binding and having plugin setup and see whether it works or not.

We are having our team to check what is causing the issue and try to fix it and release new version as soon as possible.

also the nozzle size is now correct in raise cloud, and yes i have not changed anything on my 2 printers
