email notification

Hi there,

we have a pro2 plus and we send jobs to our printer via ideamaker voer our LAN but we also use raisecloud for remote monitoring. I setup email alerts and it seems that even when prints are sent via ideamaker and not via the cloud portal i get random notifications about job completion. e.g the last 10 or so prints i received no notification yet today i received one.

any thoughts?

There are two ways to RaiseCloud to edit Notification Settings. You can edit the settings based on your needs.

1. You are go to Message & Email Setting page to select or unselect Completed Notification.

2. If you are the Owner of the team, you can find Notification Settings under Printer Settings. If you are not the Onwer of the team, you can contact the Owner to move your out from the Notification list.
