online slicer in RaiseCloud no progres

I create a slice task from my .stl files in the Raisecloud online solution and press "start". Then it tells me that "slicing is in progres, wait a minute".... But there is newer any progres. Been waithing 24 hours now and the progress bar is still at 0%.

Any suggestions whats wrong?

If this issue occurs, I recommend that your network has a good stable connection. If this has been checked already and the issue still persists, then it may be related to a RaiseCloud bug in that case. I'd recommend making a support ticket and letting us know so that we can have our RaiseCloud team address the site issue.
