Couldn't connect to server (16496)

Hello,

I can't connect to raise cloud via latest IdeaMaker. When i try to log in I get Couldn't connect to server (16496) error.
I can sign in on site.

Which computer settings might cause this error?
I get it only on my laptop. I can log in on desktop.

Can you try this link (api.raise3d.com) with your browser?
If it doesnt work, please check whether you have enable proxy or not? Please have it disabled and test with different Wi-Fi.

I have tried the link. This is what I get (tried on laptop and desktop both return the same)

I have also tried different wifi, still got error.
Proxy script in IE connection settings is turned off.

I have also added IdeaMaker to windows firewall exceptions (tried also with firewall turned off). Still can't connect.

If you dont mind help us run a few troubleshooting steps, I will share you a beta version ideaMaker via PM.
Please load this version ideaMaker and connect with ideaMaker to download the Diary files which is .log file under Help- Temporary Folder.

Thanks! Log has helped me solve the problem. I had enviromental variable HTTPS_PROXY with my proxy server.
