I am finding problem to bind my PRO2 PLUS to my cloud account.

I try using the binding key with usb device and it does not recognize.
I try using the binding account (login and password) and it does not recognize.
I ask for the QR code and the QR code does not appear on the screen.

What should I do?

I had the same problem. Reinstalling android application and logging-in to raise cloud website on computer helped. I don't know why.
The problems regarding RaiseCloud are still here, printer is not automatically connecting to RaiseCloud after turning off and on. The procedure to unbind and bind again is needed. Every time.
Raise, help please!

Would you like to help export your log file and share with us?
You can find export under Settings -> More Settings -> Raise Cloud -> Raise Cloud Log on touchscreen.

Sorry for late reponse.
We have gone through your log file, it shows that your network is not stable enogh to run RaiseCloud.
Would you like to move the printer to somewhere having better network and see whether the issue still occurs or not?
