[BUG] iOS app doesn’t resume after pause

Postby Dlm3 » Wed May 08, 2019 9:24 pm

Title: [Resume hangs up]
Description: [while working remotely, paused the printer from the iOS app because of some debris on the build plate/model. Decided to resume to see if the debris had cleared itself, but now app and printer seem to be frozen with the heater bed and selected hot end at temp (cooking some PETG)]
Version: [RaiseCloud for iOS v. 1.1.1, RaiseTouch 1.2.0 for RaiseCloud, firmware 0.66]
Language: [English]
Operation System: [iOS 12.2]
GPU: [N/A]
32bit or 64bit:
Screen Resolution: iPad Pro 9.7 (not a graphic issue)
How to trigger the bug: [1) start print. 2) pause print, print head moves to home. 3) click ‘resume’ to restart print]
Expected Result: [printer resumes printing as it would by doing the same steps from the front panel]
Real Result: [printer is hanging]
Attachment: [screenshot resulted in ‘file too large error’ when trying to attach]

Sorry for the issue. Would you like to confirm that your network is stable with other devices or test it under another network and see whether the issue is still there or not? Because network environment will cause issue sometimes.
