Customer brought this printer in to be serviced and stated that they had replaced belts on printer and could not figure out print quality issues.
Printer had never been lubricated, Z stop was way off, only 1 extruder worked and all three fans were nonoperational. I resolved all these issues but am still seeing issues with the X axis.
A 67mm wide print is coming out about 65.5mms and the holes that should be circles are coming out like rectangles with rounded corners, but only on half the corners.
I suspect either an issue with the belts that were replaced or possibly a damaged coupler. Anything else I should check before I move to disassembling the top of the printer to diagnose these issues?

Re: Pro2 Cannot Print Circles
This appears to be the result of a damaged coupler. I recommend inspecting both couplers and seeing they're seated properly along with inspecting them for any damage (even hairline fractures can cause issues)

Cracked or loose stepper motor coupler. I can tell it looking on the messed up infill lines. It also happened on our printer.
