Hello,
First off, thanks for taking the time to read my inquiry. I seem to be having ongoing issues with the left extruder on the RAISE3D Pro2. At first, it appeared to be filament intermittently stuck in the extruder but now there are whirling sounds coming from the left gear. The plan is to replace the intake assembly all together but not sure what I should be looking for or what parts to order.
The RIGHT extruder still functions but is ultimately slower than the LEFT.
Please advise on which part(s) to order in order to replace the LEFT extruder assembly.
Thanks,
Lu

Re: Raise3D Pro2 - Left Extruder & Gear Assembly
Unfortunately, we do not stock/sell individual Pro2 extruder parts on our end (the extruder itself is only stocked as a whole assembly).
Hearing a faint sound when loading/unloading at the extruder/gear is normal, however, having one side be slower than the other is odd. Depending on what version if the extruder you have, the updated version is able to open up and you can then see if it just may need to be cleaned.
If the right-side extruder seems to be loading/unloading filament slower it's possible that you may have a damaged motor cable, extruder cable, or improper extruder tension.
Overall, I definitely recommend making a support ticket so we can have a tech support agent look more in-depth into your concerns. That way we can then find out if a replacement extruder is necessary, or if perhaps it just needs to be cleaned. As well, we can also have a more concrete answer on whether or not something is amiss with the right side of the extruder. A support ticket can be made here: https://help.raise3d.com/support/home
