Nozzle Swap Servo not functioning

The servo motor that swaps between the nozzles on my Pro2 Plus is not working. I've disassembled the hotend assembly as much as needed, inspected the cables, and even pulled the motor off the mount and tried to use the swap function with it not mounted, but nothing moves. The store for replacement parts doesn't list this part, so I'm wondering how I can go about replacing the motor?

can you let me know if when you are attempting the swap there was a blue light shining out the back of the filament runout sensor when the right hot end is supposed to be lowered? The board that is on the back of the runout sensor housing is the Shifting Assembly Control Board and if this is not sending signals this could be causing this issue and the blue light is the test for the right side being active.
