This was a weird Pro2 problem that luckily occurred on Day 84 of the original 98-day warranty. If anyone else experiences something similar, this may help:
After completing a print, the screen prompts are acknowledged and the display goes to black, rather than default to the Home screen. Multiple resets are required to restore the display to proper operation.
Cause: Faulty touch screen. What made this confusing was the first touchscreen replacement had the same symptoms. A second replacement touch screen restored the printer to normal operation.
