Nozzle switching issue

Postby gojongo » Sun Jun 28, 2020 12:18 am

Having problems with nozzle switching on my Pro2.

If you look closely at the video here : https://www.dropbox.com/s/31o9ux24w9pyfvl/Video%20Jun%2027%2C%204%2034%2009%20PM.mov?dl=0, you'll notice that when switching from right (yellow) to left (red) the right nozzle doesn't move up and out of the way (like the left nozzle does switching from left to right). When printing, this causes the right nozzle to collide with the printing area.

Any idea how to fix...? TIA!

Yes, I did recently replace both the left and right nozzles (bought two replacements) and followed these instructions : https://youtu.be/o0yrwJpIws0.

There is a grub screw that holds the hot end, might be loose and needs to be tightened.

Can you hear any audible servo noise when you attempt to switch the hotens manually?
