Printhead crashes in y direction

Postby mdana » Fri Nov 15, 2019 7:40 am

If I jog the printhead to 305mm along the y-axis, the back of the extruder will strike the frame. The home position (x0, y0) appears to be unchanged.

Would you like to take a video from homing then jogging to 305mm?

I really don’t want to risk breaking something, but I can try moving it in small steps when it gets close. Is there anyway that I could have accidentally offset the home position? My display is acting up (getting replaced under warranty) and not registering the correct inputs.

I think I figured out what happened. I was leveling the bed and had disabled the motors and forgot to home the x/y axis.
