22" tall print stopped printing at 19.75 "s

Postby AP7 » Tue Jan 15, 2019 7:24 pm

The display on my 2 Pro Plus said 38 hours to print, which should have been correct, total print wad 6 days. But my display also said print 99.9% complete. When the display % hit 100 the print stopped even though the display still said about 38 hours to print. The print should have been 22" tall but stopped printing at 19.5"s. What happened?

Did printer head back to home position? Is the touchscreen still able to response to touch?
Have you cut the print process to skip the print now or still let it stay under 38hr remaining status?

I have also noticed a large difference in calculated time and actual print time in the latest version. (I have the N1 Dual with the latest version of RaiseTouch, Motionboard and ideamaker. I have the cloud version). I have previously had pretty much bang on calculated and actual print times. But for the last few weeks my prints have finished well an hour before the printer calculates that it should be finished on the screen.

Have saved some gcode files sliced before this update and remembered the estimated time? Would you like print one old file and see whether there has any difference?
