No Dual Print possible

Postby Korni » Tue Nov 20, 2018 9:00 am

Hello, there,

after a reset my Pro2 does not print any more objects with the right nozzle on the object.
It doesn't change the position to the right nozzle anymore.
Wasn't there some mm input in the extruder offset?
Extruder Offset was already activated, but only the left nozzle remains at the object ...

Firmware update? Maybe you need it upload again?

EDIT (had to correct my BS) @Korni. I too had a issue after the update. I had my Right extruder offset configured in the Ideamaker software. I noticed you have no offset configured in either Raisetouch or Ideamaker printer settings. The virtual offset does not apply any real offset and is only so Ideamaker knows the print range. You have to set a offset in Raisetouch or in Ideamaker. If you do it in raisetouch, the virtual offset is needed to tell Ideamaker about your print range. BTW my Xoffset is 24.9 mm and my Y is 0.5mm.

I would recommend you to set X offset to be 25mm and Y to be 0mm back to default value as a start point on touchscreen but not ideaMaker, in case you will use that slicing profile for your other printers in future. And start calibrate nozzle offset from those default values.
