Does everyone's camera look this bad, or is it just mine?

Please check whether there has a film in front of your camera not being removed.

Your support representative suggested the same thing. He also suggested I turn the lens to focus the camera. I then sent him a photo of the camera and asked what exactly I was supposed to turn. He never got back to me.

He followed up by instructing me on how to turn on the camera. It took 4 days to get that response. Some of the worst support I've ever experienced.

From what have been seeing, this is the normal resolution and image quality you get from the camera. Not sure why they even put it in there if this is all you get. Not really worth it. I see a lot of complaints about the camera quality but nothing seems to change unfortunately.

I bought a camera off of Amazon for $5 2 years ago to use with astroprint on one of my prototypers. The resolution is 5x better than this pos. Worse is that it appears to be more an issue of focus than image quality. When I contacted support about the issue, the guy told me to "turn the lens to focus it." I don't know about yours, but mine doesn't turn. I sent him a photo of the camera and asked him how to turn it. He sent me instructions on how to turn the camera on. I am just so irritated with the support from Raise at this point. It takes at least 24 hours to get a response and half the time they don't even take the time to read the email chain and understand the issue, so the response you get is useless. By the time you get an answer that's relevant to your problem, weeks could go by. Of course, I have yet to receive a response that's relevant to my problem. What's worse is that they automatically assume you're an idiot so that just makes the process take longer. Sorry for the rant but I'm just frustrated.
