Trouble with circles - X axis binding? Alignment?

Postby RoguePlanetArt » Thu Mar 14, 2019 5:37 pm

Circles aren't printing correctly. Separation and deformation at 8 and 2 o'clock. From my research and thinking, I suspect X axis binding or backlash. Moving the print head around it doesn't feel perfectly smooth, even after re-lubing. Feels stiff in spots. From what I read, I need to check the pulley alignment and the tightness of the screws holding the belts and pulleys in place. Are there specs for alignment location and procedure? Any other advice for what I should be looking at?

Attached three links for you. One is for lubrication, the other two are for couplers to show you whether the couplers are and what do they look like. Please check whether there is any loose coupler on your printer.
