under-extrusion only on one side of the build bed

Postby plolonis » Mon Mar 16, 2020 11:02 pm

Cannot understand what's happening. I have a N2 that has been running smoothly for 3 years now, almost printing on a daily basis. Lately it started giving me small issues. One example: I was printing 9 copies of this black part. The 6 copies in the center and right of the build bed look great. The 3 copies that were on the left side of the build bed had under extrusion. See picture of the normal print and the under extruded print. I have another N2 that was running the exact same gcode and the parts came out perfect, so no ghost code involved here. Anyone has any idea why this happens and how to prevent it? Thanks!

Please try engage all the motors and try move the extruder and see whether you are able to move it in any direction or not.
And then disable all the motors and make the extruder around and see whether there is any binding or not.
