Printer does not start after reboot

Postby raisen3d » Mon Aug 05, 2019 8:36 am

After hitting the reboot button, the n2 will not start again. The display is blank and I cannot reach the printer over my network (even not a ping to the IP).
I have several times unplug/plug the battery, but with no result. What do you think? Maybe the board has an issue? When it would be the touch display, I would get a ping, or?

I would recommend to power off the printer and open the back panel of the touchscreen and see whether you can see anything damaged or disconnected on the screen board.
The first few steps here will show you how to reach to the screen board.

I have already opened the panel. All cables are fine and connected.

I´m wondering because I cannot reach the printer even with a network ping.

Other question: all LEDs are shining blue on the screen board....is this original? Or should they shining green? Maybe there´s a hint for the error.

Blue sounds right, but still looks like something wrong with the screen board.
Would recommend you to open a support ticket at http://help.raise3d.com to ask our technicians to help diagnose.

Yes...but the answer was not really satisfying :(
From the information we have, we can see that you are located in Europe.
In order to serve you better, the support of our European Customers is provided in local language by our local distributor or reseller.
Therefore, if you are experiencing technical difficulties, we ask you to please contact the entity from whom you purchased our product.

And my local dealer could not helped me with this problem. Not really a good customer service.

Would you like to PM me which country you are living and who is your local dealer so that I can reach to the team supporting your team to figure out the best solution we can provide for your issue?
