Extruder holder starts to melt

Postby Flole » Fri Jun 21, 2019 12:02 pm

Hello,

I have a Raise3D N2 Plus which I used to print ABS yesterday. I used 260°C as temperature. During the print I noticed that the part above the Extruder started melting. I have attached a picture so you can see the problematic part. Is this a known issue? I assume this printer is still under warranty and replacement of that part can happen under warranty? Also the left and right fan duct seem to have bent down a little.

Really hoping to find a fast solution for this issue!

You will need to contact the supplier where you got this printer and these parts on. These are not the original parts we offered on a N2 Plus's printer. Not sure the warranty policy of these parts of your supplier.
