N2 Plus wifi issue

Yesterday I was no longer able to connect to the wifi in my office on my N2 Plus. It no longer sees my 5G network and if I connect to the 2.4G it will stay connected for about 15 seconds then drop off. I can connect via ethernet but file transfers are really slow and then you also do not have camera availability with that either.

Anyone have any ideas what I should look at?

I have checked the wifi router and my other devices do not have an issue.

Can your printer see any other Wi-Fi network available around or the whole list is empty?
Does disabling DHCP and reboot printer help?

Vicky,

Yes I can see other wifi networks, I manually entered in the 5G but as in the picture attached it does not show a connection strength and fails to connect to WLAN. The CBC1 connection now works but is not connectable through IM and even though the connection is sharing the same Nighthawk they are technically two different networks. I have rebooted and tried DHCP on and off as well as changed the setting on the wired connection, it was defaulted to 100mb instead of 1000mb.

I just don't know what happened, it has been working without change for almost 2 years and there were no recent updates from you guys to have changed anything. I updated everything when you last released them.

Would you like to advise the configuration of your router and the model type of your router?

Vicky,

I run a Netgear Nighthawk X6 R8000 but for some reason Saturday the connection started to work again. I logged in to see if a 30 hour print was still running and the camera and wireless connection were back online. No idea what changed, I haven't rebooted the N2 Plus since Wednesday and it has been printing non stop. Will advise if it flakes out again and try to troubleshoot it more in depth.
