Trouble: Printed material tilts in the Y-axis direction

Postby Roy93 » Tue Nov 05, 2019 1:26 am

Hi,
I have Raise3D N1 Dual.
I have the problem. Printed matter inclines in the direction of Y.
I printed the object as shown in the following figure.

It turns out that the Y-axis leans.
The calculation shows that there is a slope of about 0.6 degrees.

I used the Leveling Block to adjust the horizontal axis.
But no improvement.
What should I do?
Thank you.

It seems difficult to adjust the error with hardware, so I corrected the error by converting the coordinates on the G-CODE file.
x = x + tan (θ) × z
y = y + tan (θ) × z

It turned vertical after rotating 0.36 degrees on the X axis and 0.2 degrees on the Y axis.

The left side of the figure below is the original, and the right side is after conversion.
