Re: Shipping Costs of Parts in USA

They had first class mail for nozzles a few weeks ago, but that option seems to have disappeared again.

What a difference it makes!

Wow, what a difference the 2nd led light strip makes! rhines44 was very prompt in shipping this to me. Just got it installed and I can see so much better inside. I thought about using a generic led strip wanted a match set so the color temperature would be the same. DSC05777.jpg Thanks rhines44!

Rob,

Just found the youtube channel. That's very cool. Can I ask how you got it setup with the printer info as well?

Re: Motion Controller Firmware 1.1.3

Not the worst thing (missing a version string on the update), but as an interesting assumption, I think we know it was built from public source since I could trace it after the commits. To me, at least we know code and compiled match as a process, right or wrong, at least the process has improved s...

Re: BuildTak works good, if you can cope with it!

Have you ever tried to lightly sand your buildtak to recondition it? I've read it a few times, but it does not appear to be an offiical method to recondition the surface.

wow, impressive. Just curious, how much of a roll of filament did that take?

I continued to be impressed by the model skills that I see on this forum.

Re: LCD Interface Options

+1 on the Z-Offset. That would be wonderful to have. My Z adjustment screw has a lot of wobble inside the aluminum piece, so minor adjustments can sometimes go either way +/- if it wobbles the other way. It would be great to see the following included in the tune options that could be adjusted durin...

Re: Project Bondtech Extruder

BB, that looks very good. I'm still slightly on the fence with doing the Bondtech upgrade and gathering all my info. Your bowden prints look very good. Hopefully, you will be able to eliminate all the stringing. Was the Bontech cable of just 600mm long enough? Did you drill a new hole in the electro...

Do you have a digital caliper to measure the diameter of the Matterhackers filament? What temperature did you try it with?

How do you run the cable on the 2nd extruder?

how do you run the cable for the 2nd extruder? Do you run it directly from the electrical box? If so, do you order the cable from Martin?

thanks

It may only be $10, but the lowest shipping within the US to me is $12. So it is really $22 for each.
