Re: Feature request: Change slice settings after preview.

There has no acceleration settings inside Gcode, they are in motion board firmware. So in ideaMaker, it won't show the acceleration and deceleration. Excuse me, I may have misunderstood because I believe that the acceleration settings are in the user's data put in IDEAMAKER. And that it is the form...

Re: Feature request: Change slice settings after preview.

Sorry for my negligence... Youre'welcome ! (I apologize for my bad English) I am very happy with what you have done and I am convinced that it will be even better tomorrow: once and for all! I'm staying with Ideamaker :D And I'm not clear too when I mention "Reals speeds" I mean an analys...

Re: Feature request: Change slice settings after preview.

Hi Vicky, I suspect a "misunderstanding" on Noren's resquest. "once and for all" (if I may say this like that), the "goal" is like say Noren is : A fast way to change the slicer settings DURING preview would be nice. It could even reload the slice in realtime while you ...

>and that's also the reason behind laying down the first layer thicker - more tolerance to bed variation.

All these notions make me think and understand.
Thank you

Re: Bed : flat is flat yes but...

Thank you for your answers. @Zemlin : Yes, it is true that N2 dual are with significant weight. This is one (but not the only) reason why I made a BONDTECH dual direct upgrade. It also made me think about the setting of the bed ... :D As you well mention, the thickness of a raft can help. One can al...

Bed : flat is flat yes but...

Hello everyone,
I would like to know what tolerance to accept for the bed.
Of course, it must be flat ... and ZERO is the goal but it is not easy to obtain.

What is the unacceptable value of gap ?

Re: Why "not"(?) use CNC motion controller in 3Dprint

Thank you very much for your response Jetguy. Indeed, it should be noted that the CAM software recover many different formats of different CAD software but address CNC machines with a "more sophisticated" Gcode. And if last version of SOLIDWORKS begins to be able to deal with 3D printing, ...

Why "not"(?) use CNC motion controller in 3Dprint

Hi, Forgive me a question (maybe) stupid but I start in the field of 3D printing with my N2 + dual which I am very happy. I have a small lathe and a small milling machine. I have both equipped with stepper motors and GECKO G203V driven by EDING cnc CPU5A3 motion controller cards. These cards are cap...

Re: Feature request for internal support or infill when needed.

Thank you Vicky (I read it but I was fooled because it did not appear in the list ...: o)
But with the explanation of Squenz ... it's clearer.
But please, do not lose Noren's request. :P

@]squenz : I'm sorry. (in French, it is often used as a signal to prevent the nickname is interpreted literally.

Re: Feature request for internal support or infill when needed.

... With the current version of ideaMaker, you can increase the infill density by layer to the layers approaching to solid layers .... Hi, Please tell me, how do you do it (I mean in a different way than the one described by SQUENZ) ? Thanks Vicky ps: I think too NOREN's suggestion is excellent ! e...

Re: IDEAMAKER : settings for slicing - How to share them

Thank you both for your answers. @Vicky: No, it is not my goal although this functionality is perfect to exchange or (have the same on) profiles between two PCs. What a pity that the parameters do not allow to choose where ideaMaker will read the * .bim. What I'm looking for is to AUTOMATICALLY have...

IDEAMAKER : settings for slicing - How to share them

Hello I use my RAISE3D N2 + from two computers WIN10 (a PC and a surface) I would like to know if there is a tip for IDEAMAKER to take the profiles (settings of slicing) on ONEDRIVE or a network drive. (I searched the forum but without success, If you know a topic, please tell me) Thank you and cong...

Re: Welcome to Raisers New Home!

Hello everyone, I discovered my superb RAISE3D N2 + Dual! It's a great machine! Bravo for packaging that is particularly well thought out: often the manufacturer is concerned about his responsibility but in this case, the packaging is also provided for the user who wants to transport his machine som...
