Re: Small print - 0.1mm - Polycarbonate - 0.4mm Nozzle

We did PLA only so far but we will try more materials.
With 0.2mm nozzle, since less filament extruded, cooling is better than 0.4mm so you may go back to PLA with this nozzle.

Re: Small print - 0.1mm - Polycarbonate - 0.4mm Nozzle

We will release a 0.2mm size nozzle very soon.
It is very good for smaller features.
Here are some photos of the test prints.

Re: Is the Raise3D N2+ a good printer? (need advice asap)

Some of these are necessary and some we have already fixed in factory. 1) Verify all X&Y set screws, adjust and realign, use a medium thread locker like LocTite blue 242. See Raise3D pdf download/file.php?id=1639 Yes, vibration in shipping may cause some screws to loose, even though we put loct...

Re: Dual or Single extruder build volume

If you have dual extruders and print with only one, you won't loose any build volume.
If you have dual extruders and print with both, you will only loose 25mm in X direction.

Re: Not moving on the Y axis please help

Generally since it was working fine before this, it is more likely to be something loose or something broken.
We first check if there is something loose as in Vicky's earlier post. Then we check if it is something broken, for example the coupler.

Re: X/Y axis shifting

It feels like the stepper driver issue. If you have spare tmc2100 stepper driver, please swap in for X axis and see if that solves the problem. If you don't, swap the X and Y stepper driver and see if shifting only happens on Y axis now. Please turn off the printer before unplugging or plugging the ...

It does need different settings. Right extuder is feeding further away from the hot end.
Generally it needs a bit higher nozzle temperature for right extruder.

Re: Combine TPU (NinjaFlex) with PLA Support?

Put NinjiaFlex on left extruder and PLA on right. Slow down the printing speed of NinjiaFlex(10mm/sec) and use temperature around 235C. If you are using Raise3D PLA on right extruder, default speed and 215C. Bed temperature between 40C to 60C. PLA for Raft and support. Thanks John. Im going to give...

Re: New N1 - Dual Extruder, cant level them both

Was the nozzle dragging on the model itself or only the 'wipe wall'? From your description, "made 1st layer in grey which is the base of the item, then the 2nd layer was yellow, 3rd was grey, top was yellow text. ", this should be wipe wall. If nozzle drags on the wipe wall, it is normal a...

Re: 3D Printing Nerd: Raise3D N2+ Unboxing and First Use

I suggest you put some more effort into securing the build plate with those clips or it will move. Also, are there some filament tubes in the box? Looking forward to part 2. Raise3D. My N2+ olny came with the red & yellow premium filaments. Am I missing two rolls of standard filament? You are n...

Do you have both thermal couples installed?
Was it installed properly? The red wire goes into '+' and the white wire goes into '-‘.
Can you share a picture of the connections?

Re: Serial Error

The false alert may have nothing to do with bondtech modification. If you don't have any loose cable, you should be able to resume the job with no problem. We will look into this and see what is the real reason.
