Re: Warp Core/Game Room deco

That is a really cool print you are making, one lamp I have always wanted to try and make was from Star Gate SG1 ZPM. Looking forward to seeing the finished piece.

Re: Visualisation origin move

Hi Tacblades, Thank you for your interest in using ideaMaker for Delta style printers. Right now setting the offset in the profile will move the center of the starting point to where you want it but it may also limit your build area, for my reference can you confirm this? I'll pass along this inform...

Re: Webcam

The function on the printer is no currently active, once we have a camera unit of our own we will enable the functionality on the touchscreen. This is to come later. For now you should be able to use third party camera systems however you will need to refer back to them for functionality.

Re: automatic shutdown at end of print

Hi 3D MAKE, Thank you for your request, I will have this request sent to our engineer's. Our setup is a little different from the M200's so things like the fans will always be on when the printer has power. In any event, we still need feedback like this wherever we can get it, so thank you once again.

Re: Carbon Fiber Print surface??

I am not sure of many alternatives other than switching to a metal build surface like MIC-6 and attaching an adhesive or buildtak to it. Someone else might have an alternative though.

@zemlin

About how small is that part, we can obviously see it is on a finger but what were the measurements of the mold? How accurate was the product when compared to the design?

Re: Raise N1 vs BCN3D Sigma

Hi Chessrus,

The N1 is a solid printer for it's build volume and capabilities. I'm sure Jetguy will be able to elaborate further on the matter of comparing the printers. It would be a bit one sided if I were to step in and say our product is better than another.

Re: Daedric Armour

Tacblades, Is ideaMaker failing to place supports in overhangs or in a place where you believe? If ideaMaker is not placing enough supports you can try to adjust the Max Overhang Angle in the advanced settings for your slice. Let us know if this is the case as it could be a potential bug we would wa...

Re: PLA & BVOH?

Tinkerer, If the printer is shifting in one direction we would begin to suspect a mechanical fault or electrical fault. By moving the inactive print head away we have eliminated the nozzle contacting option. Please utilize the following attached document to check the gantry for any loose screws. Ple...

Hi Sunraise,

I would recommend what you have already stated, roll back the firmware version and see if the problem continues. If the problem continues please drop us a ticket at: http://help.raise3d.com/support/home. If the problem is no longer present please let us know as well.

Thank you,

Hi Dex,

Just to simplify the request, you are asking for ideaMaker to differentiate between top and/or bottom surface fill type?

It seems like he may be trying to print the air chamber right now and that the bellows is not something he is attempting at the moment.
