Re: Spiral Vase speed settings

It is most likely the "minimal printing speed" setting which is slowing the print down.
Try disable this setting and see whether it is the reason affecting the speed.

Re: Flow rate affects Z travel

Would you like to get some images of the print defects?
Can you help measure the 20mm calibration cube with a pair of calipers? While the cube may appear to look okay we want to make sure it is accurate.

Re: Rough surface after first layer issue

Do you have any tools can help measure the cube? Such like a pair of calipers.
Also, are you able to test with the left hotend to see if it is possibly a nozzle issue.

Re: The extruder stops extruding plastic in the middle of the print

195C seems pretty cold for PLA especially with a larger size nozzle. Try increasing the printing temperature by 10 or 15C to see if that helps with the under extrusion.

Are you using for a searching feature for all materials and printer templates or a search box under each template?

We would suggest use default ABS template to start with.

Re: Layer height steps that follow the model height and not just a manual layer height

It will be hard to 100% match the accuracy to have the software compensate itself. If you know the actual size of the model, use Per-layer settings to manually modify the last layer might be easier.

Re: Angle in vertical face mid-print

Seems you have increased a few speed settings which shouldn't affect much.
You can add some Z-hop to avoid the nozzle coliding with he model as well as the support structure.

Re: Flow rate affects Z travel

While flowrate can affect dimensional accuracy slightly we normally don't see it affect the part by more than a mm or 2 at the very most.
Please help print a small calibration cube and check the printed out size.

You can try add Z-hop when slicing the model to help with the second nozzle coliding with the part.

There will be a lot changes accoding to this feature in software. So we will need to run a lot tests to make sure it is not causing other issues. We are planning to release it around 3rd quarter.

Re: First layer setting clarification

It will be rely on how far the nozzle has travelled.
Flowrate will affect total extruded amount. It will be Layer Height * Extruder Width * D * Flowrate.
