Re: Power consumption?

The power consume of your printer changes a lot due to heating bed temperature. You can estimate yourself. Without heating bed, single extruder's average power consumption is about 200W. Without heating bed, dual extruder's average power consumption is about 300W. The power consumption of heating be...

Re: Need some help/advice unclogging throat tube

In Step 1, "Install the nozzle manually" it's critical that the nozzle not be threaded all the way in - there should be a 1-2mm gap between the nozzle flange and the block. If the nozzle is screwed all the way in at this point then there's nowhere for it to go in Step 4, you'll just be ti...

Re: Polymaker polysupport settings?

We don't have a better solution with ooze except some retraction settings at the moment. Maybe we need a better WipeWall design.

Re: Need some help/advice unclogging throat tube

We have tried some thread locker before which seemed not working well with the locking. Just had some benefits with seal. The steps we use are as follow. 1. Install the nozzle manually. 2. Install the throat tube manually. Keep turning the throat tube until it touch the nozzle. Make sure the sides o...

Re: printing with polymaker pc plus

Please help us test the brim again. We have already upload the fixed version on our website.

Please donot close the extruder fan which is for cooling the throat part. Install the bottom fan cover can avoid the curling problem. The throat part still need cooling air when heating.

Re: Polymaker polysupport settings?

Oozing is not easy to control when nozzle switching even with the WipeWall. Did you try retraction setting? More retraction, less oozing.

Re: Large prints and Pause to change filiment

Hi Mark, In our office, we usually change the filament without pause the print. Use the scissors to cut the current filament a flat edge. Wait until the flat tip loaded in to the extruder cover, insert the new to push it. When the new tip move over the feeding gear, it is successful. Not sure it is ...

Re: Filaments always seem to be out of stock

Just for example, my printer was delivered yesterday. I didn't know it at the time, but I had 2 different delivery companies calling me to schedule delivery. I drove home and signed for my printer and 10 minutes later another truck pulled up and tried to deliver an N2+ (I had ordered an N2). I look...

Re: Need advice on checking the voltages

It is not normal. The fan should be constant on.
Not sure the problem is due to fan or main board or mini board.
Please plug out the big blower fan then check the 12V.
If it is still not 12V, please advise the value and whether the value is stable or not.
