If you need to adjust settings for the overhanging first layer of your model after support, you will need to adjust the settings for Bottom Surface for Solid Fill.

It will be a little hard to guess, but the issue should be highly likely related to Z driver or its cable. It has potential to be caused by loose hotend collet or hotend. But if you can confirm you have installed the hotend properly with no issue, it should be something wrong with the Z driver and c...

Actually I feel it looks more like inconsistant extrusion. Please check the instruction attached and see whether adjust the tension can improve the result or not.

Can the bed move with no issue when you manually ask Z axis to move on screen?

The cable starts from right back corner with the Ethernet port to left front corner inside touchscreen. You will need to loosen the screws for the Ethernet port and also cut the zip ties secured the old cable. It will be hard to do all those without lay the printer down on side.
