Re: Does anyone have any tips for Pro2 Dual Nozzle Calibration

That's what I did but nothing changed at all. The numbers I entered are still in the settings as well. I reprinted my part and it didn't change at all. It's exactly the same. I guess I'll try some larger numbers and see what happens, but they won't be accurate to the distance that it is off. Thanks ...

Re: Does anyone have any tips for Pro2 Dual Nozzle Calibration

Thank you.

I'm looking for x y calibration. I measured the the distance I needed to adjust to, and changed this on the printer and printed a new test. It did not have any effect at all. An I supposed to enter this on IM?

Does anyone have any tips for Pro2 Dual Nozzle Calibration

Does anyone have any tips for adjusting the RH nozzle on the Pro2? And... What is the best dual color print test to use and how do you use them exactly? I know you are supposed to look for the overlap and gaps and I assume measure any gap and that is what you use to compensate the distance of the no...

I would like to see something on the dual nozzle calibration procedure for the pro2. Do you have anything on this yet? It's been a while since these posts.

2 Color test on new air duct design for my pro2

This was my first real dual color print. Came out pretty good but I do need to adjust a little.

Only only printing issue I've had so far was a failed print because the bed got out of level somehow. But it's re-leveled and working great once again.

Re: Ideamaker not properly aligning STL files

I didn't know this option existed either. Ya, this is a great idea tja. I changed my units to mm last night and tried the same thing again, and they come into IM in separate places of course, then aligning them they do align properly. So I guess if you guys could fix this bug for us non-metric peopl...

Re: Truing of the print bed?

Thank you sir. I knew I read that somewhere on here. I was thinking of doing something similar. I may give this a go on my machine. This was a royal pain in the rear as currently designed!!

I like the concept here, but I may do some things differently.

Re: ABS/ASA printing issues N2 Plus

As you probably know ABS is much more critical about the levelness of the bed as well as the nozzle height from the plate. Make sure you have the fans blocked and the cover on top to keep the heat in for best results also. Sounds like you are already used to printing ABS so you may already know all ...

Re: Feature Request #3 Imperial Units in ideamaker

I just ran into this exact issue and didn't realize why it was happening. It was really annoying. I now see I have to change my conversion of my CAD software for creating the STL files. I WORK ONLY IN INCHES AS WELL!! : )

Re: Truing of the print bed?

I found that out of the box my bed level was great. But after printing for a few weeks I started having warping and failures of my abs prints because of curling off of the bed. I checked my bed for level again and found that it was dipped down in the front pretty significantly for some reason. So I ...

Re: Ideamaker not properly aligning STL files

Yes, I agree. I can adjust so my Catia saves the STL files to the proper scale being mm for 3D printing. However, this is definitely a bug in Ideamaker. Thank you for your testing of this. I appreciate that. I will go back and try to adjust the scale as you have said and try again. That is a good id...

Ideamaker not properly aligning STL files

I have these 2 files that are from the same model. I saved them each separately as an STL file and when I insert them each into a fresh model in Catia they come in, in the proper location based on the global axis system they were created in. However, when I insert them into Ideamaker and the select ...

Re: Amazed at the quality of the Pro2!!

I've been printing pretty much non stop since getting our Pro2 and have not had a single print failure or issue. I think these machines do have the potential to be the awesome machines they were advertised to be. I just switched to Matterhacker maker PLA with no settings changes and printed a long p...

Re: Poor quality and printhead drag

Shelton, so what are your concerns with the last print of that helmet. It looks pretty good, I see some odd things going on with a line on the side that looks like maybe to thin of walls causing "pillowing" on the side. And it's a little stringy looking, which I wonder if this has to do wi...

Issue with Resume Print after power failure

Well, I had a chance to try out this cool resume print feature because we had a storm last night and lost power when I was in the middle of a print on my Pro2. I checked on it this morning to see it had stopped mid print, so I touched the resume print button on the screen only to have all kinds of r...
