Re: ED3 Volcano Compatibility? Settings?
It looks like you were referencing the Solex Matchless, looks pretty cool. I wonder what speeds the Raise3d can handle as far as extruding. Is it possible to use a 2mm nozzle with only 1.75mm filament? I suppose the max that the Raise3d could do is a 1.2mm nozzle?. Print speeds could be as low as 6...

You just have to change the nozzle the same way as normal.

Re: ED3 Volcano Compatibility? Settings?
3D solex has a new type off internal core heating system nozzle that fits with rasie. I have a set from 0.1 to 2.0mm. What size did you intend to use and with what filament? Mabey i can do some test for you, and for me because i have not tested them much yet.

You are using 0.4mm nozzle?
Yes i use a standard 0.4 nozzle. I have a set off other sizes off a new type off nozzles from 3dsolex that i need to test. Range from 0.1 to 2.0mm. They have a new internal core heating system in the nozzle itself that looks intresting.

So there is no overhang under the last one's legs?
No, but the hardest part is not the legs it is the the sword hilt and you can see on the pic underside surface is abit rough.

I'm looking for a good PLA .. and while i know R3D has great PLA and Premium PLA, i like options and cheaper US shipping if p...

Re: Project Bondtech Extruder
For clarification, could someone that has either Rev 1 Cast and/or Rev 2 CNC post actual pics of the Rev 1 Cast & Rev 2 CNC? Just so we have clear Rev 1 & Rev 2 captured in this thread. It is a illustration on Bondtech webpage. http://shop.bondtech.se/ec/upgrade-kits/extruder-kit-for-raise3...

Re: Raise3D N1 or Cubicon Style?
Not always better to print with lower layers. But that is another topic. And i rarley have any stringing, it is just a temp/filament/recration thing. I had some play in extruder bearings in the beginning but i have changed them. I have also fitted a bondtech extruder on it.

Just forget about Inventure. Filment will be crazy expensive and build volume is so small.
