Re: which camera is recommended?

Currently we are testing new camera samples. Will release more information after we get any progress. Any more info on a supported camera? I can't get the original one to work, I've given up on it. Every camera I find on Amazon that seems affordable seems to be part of China's plan to see what I'm ...

If you have any thoughts about that, please shoot a mail to support@raise3d.com.

You don't support the app? Or the app doesn't work anymore because you don't support it?

Is the camera useless now?

Camera app not logging in anymore

I bought one of the off brand cameras that R3d offered, its been working OK. I had to swap out my router and couldn't rename AP the same name, so the app thought every local view was a remote login and wouldn't work.. So I removed the saved camera from app and am trying to add it back in BUT the app...

Intersecting meshes not printing

I've got a model that has 2 intersecting parts. On my other printers, the model prints fine, but on my N2, the printer is leaving gaps and holes around the intersection.

Any thoughts?

Poly flex tips?

I've ordered my 1st roll of Poly flex for a job. I've read the website, 220 no HBP, I'm just wondering if anyone has experience with it and would share some tips?

I've got an N2, print exclusively PLA, and can use either blue tape or buildtak...

Anything else I should know?

TIA

Re: Help with a friends R3D N2+ Please

Checked the wires all good and the ground is fine as far as I can tell.. my Z18 is plugged into the same powerbar and has zero problems.. And no I dont print with both machines at the same time..so there is no power problems either. Couple things to check if you haven't already. One is to make sure...

Help with a friends R3D N2+ Please

So my buddy bought a N2+ based on my recommendation and he's having some weird problems. It's very inconsistent, it'll print 1 time fine, but the next 2 times it'll fail. The fails are usually "staggered" prints but he's also getting errors on the screen too. He's super swamped with work, ...

Re: Someone killed a Muppet inside my R3D

Check your heater block and nozzle for leaks. I say this because I had the exact same "look" to a print, strings that normally never happen, then looked at the heater block in nozzle and horror to mine leaking. I was dumb, had a changed a nozzle, was looking for the proper nut driver to t...

Someone killed a Muppet inside my R3D

So, after a week of fighting with a nozzle plug, things are working good, except it looks like a fuzzy murder scene inside my printer. It doesn't seem to affect the print, but I haven't really seen things this fuzzy before. I'm using TBL filament, printing parts that I've printed a lot of times... T...

Re: Both extruders can't load filament - dead in the water

I have an N2 with the V2 hotend. I only have Raise premium PLA. I started with the yellow and have had good results printing with the yellow in the left extruder. I loaded my Raise premium red PLA in the right extruder and tried to print 2 fish models at the same time, one in red and 1 in yellow. I...

Re: New Extruder, Bad Jam

I've replaced that last nozzle with a new one, I feel I'm an expert at nozzle cleaning now. I was running some R3D black filament through by hand and I'm noticing that I could stop the feeder by grabbing the filament... So I think I've got a feeding issue now. I've installed the bowden tube and have...

Re: New Extruder, Bad Jam

If you want to dredge the nozzle, heat it and get a 0.38mm tip cleaner to dredge the tip of the nozzle. If you want totally clean the filament inside the nozzle, you need to acetone to do dissolve or flame gun to burn everything out. Ok, so I removed nozzle, ran rod through hotend and then installe...

Re: New Extruder, Bad Jam

Well, I revert back and check the photos of extruder part you posted before. And find there is some unknown thing on your feeding bearing. Maybe some grease or scraps of filament? Please clean the bearing and the gear and the loading path of the extruder. Manually rotate the bearing and check wheth...
