Okay problem Solve... the squeaking sound not come from the rod. but from the fillament holder hahaha... the factory filament holder not using bearing and squaking when the filament spool rotating

look what i got this morning! beautifull long plate.
after all of your input. I made following adjustment.

bed temp 60C
brim 10 loops instead of raft
model orrientation changed, make less surface on the heat bed.

1. should I use Brim only instead of Raft?

I also read in simplyfy 3D trouble shooting is because the surface temperature cool faster than the below one.

do u suggest to block the blowing fan, let the layer cool down slower?

Idea maker Not slice properly?

I found interesting item from thingiverse https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1692823 However the STL file not slice properly in Idea Maker. (the blue slice with dark bg) I tried with other slicer, like cura, and it's working! (yellow slice with light bg) I wonder how to make this model slice properly...

Hi sperman, I was facing similar issue with freeze screen and my N2 screen become quite warm. It's solve after I connect my N2 to electric socket with proper grounding.
