Re: Filament Run-out Sensor Installation PROBLEM

Although not being able to detect translucent filament is a significant downside, that doesn't seem to be the issue with Billucas and I. When I turn off the sensor under the settings menu I am getting these errors. This causes a big issue because there is no way to print with translucent filament be...

Re: Filament Run-out Sensor Installation PROBLEM

Was there any solution to this problem? I am having the exact same issues after installing the sensor! Filament sensor had been working fine, but I seem to only have the problem when I turn off the filament sensor under advanced settings. When I used NinjaFlex water color (which is mostly translucen...

Re: BONDTECH DUAL DIRECT UPGRADE ISSUE

I also installed the silicone hot end covers. Maybe it is related to that? I've reached out to their support and their first question is if I lowered the voltage for the motors to 0.5V because if I didn't similar problems occur. My voltage was set correctly however, so I'll continue talking with the...

Re: How to Bondtec settigns differ to standard and does latests Ideamaker have bondtech settings Already?

Are you referring to the ribbon cable that connects to the new bondtech motors? I didn't hotglue them in place, but used zip ties and they seem to be firmly attached. I do have the thermal runaway protector installed. I wouldn't think the new gears would affect the heating at all though, but can't s...

AR_LA, did you find you needed to increase or decrease the flow rate? I made the voltage and E-step changes, but seem to be having an issue with overheating when I didn't have that before, when printing the exact same part. I'm not sure what the issue is.

Re: BONDTECH DUAL DIRECT UPGRADE ISSUE

I'm not fully sure the issue you're having as mine hasn't been as drastic, but my print quality is not near as good as it was before I upgraded a week ago. Did you make sure the z-height was correct? Although the nozzle height shouldn't have changed from the upgrade. I think I'm having issues with o...

Re: Instructions for N-series camera confusing or wrong

My camera upgrade for N2 also just arrived and does not include the tape and has the cable already installed with the lens cover able to be removed without opening it. I guess I'll go out and get some mounting tape :| Step 7 for the wiring was also somewhat confusing. The first two images make it lo...
