Hi,
thanks for the replies, I have done the PID AUTOTUNE and also tightened a lot more the screw with spring on the extruder teethed wheel following a recommendation from the BONDTECH support team, I will see if it does anything good or not

I clean the Buildtak surface with Isopropyl Alcohol afetre evry rpint and it sticks as good as the 1st day on NEOFIL M-ABS or FORMFUTURA ASA, in fact ASA (Formfutura Appollo-X) stick far more that anything else I have. Now I have a flexplate and removing the ASA printed parts is not an issue anymore...
