Re: what's the difference between printing speed and infill speed

Printing speed is the global speed used when no other specific feed rate is defined. Infill being s specifically defined region of the model- and it's specific associated feed rate. Other examples would be shell, first layer, bridges, roofs, floors, support and so on that have defined values or whe...

Can I priint without Silicone Cover ?

Hello all,
My Silicone Cover is broken. I have order some covers, but they're still on the way.
So can I print without it?
Because the delivery time is quite long.

why half of the model is not good?

Hello all, Does anyone knows why one side of the mode is good, but another side is so bad? And it's also not good if you see the top view of the model. Why? I printed the model in a vertical way, the length is 15cm. I found the bottom of the model is not so flat, so maybe I should add a bigger raft?...

Re: How to make it more solid?

Sure, you can increase layer height. The larger value you put for layer height, the less layers the whole print will be divided into, and less time it will be. 0.1mm height is still capable for 0.2mm nozzle as well. (Normally we recommend not having the layer height larger than 70% of nozzle size.)...

Re: How to make it more solid?

Would you like to clarify where the gaps are? From your picture, it's hard to see whether the gap you mention is between infill lines or infill and shells. To extruder a line much smaller than nozzle size won't be very accurate. The extrusion line might go uneven. And we don't recommend you modify ...

Re: How to make it more solid?

Do you mean the gaps on top surfaces? Hello Vicky, Yes. Actually my final purpose is to heat the mode and try to pull it longer and thinner. Because the thinnest part of the final mode I want should be around 0.04um. So my idea is to make it solid as much as possible so that it can has enough stren...

How to make it more solid?

Hello all.

I have printed the mode shown in the following pictures. But you can see there're still small gaps in the mode. How can I improve it, make it more solid? The density is already setting at 100%, and the nozzle is 0.2mm. Which parameters should I improve? The material used is polypropylene.
