If you have connected this machine via wifi, you might want to check if the IDeamaker can still see the printer in the network.
If not, you can try to connect via LAN cable to control it via ideamaker, hopefully you can keep printing while waiting for the replacement parts.

Re: Support Offset
Since Ideamaker is using layer offset instead of definite distance offset. If you are printing at 0.1mm layer height, this mean the offset gap between support and print object is only 0.1mm. So you might want to increase it to 2 layers offset in this case. If you are printing at standard 0.2mm, the ...

Re: Broken Y Axis Coupling - Pro2 Plus
Another important thing is when replace the coupling, you need to make sure it is align at the same level with the rod and stepper motor shaft. I once failed to check on this and a slight bend of coupling will break it again very soon (when tighten the 4 screw bracket that hold the stepper motor, it...

Re: Extruder Jam and stuck fillament Pro2
I had issue with heat creep when print generic PLA as well. I then decide to remove the front fan mount, and just put the fan alone so it can suck hot air fully. You can do that by squeezing between the 2 side cooling fan brackets. After this change, I have successfully printed almost 40 hours print...

Re: Pro 2 Plus print with other nozzle
If nozzle randomly lift up and down on either nozzles regardless of gcode, probably due to ribbon cable stress. You can try to reach support team and request for solutions. There are 2 methods, one is to 3D print a part to connect to the cable chain where the extruder controller board mounted and an...

Re: PVA transparent filament not detected by sensor.
We have issue with soft material PVA as well. We think the cause is because the filament can flex inside the filament monitor (the hole where filament go in is larger than 1.75mm) so sensor might not be able to detect the filament if soft filament flex left or right when the extruder move around. Yo...

Re: Parts are sagging on new Pro2
Was this printed with R3D PLA that come with the printer?
What was the printing profile that you use?
If you can share your file, I can try on my Pro2 Plus for comparison.

Re: PRO 2 Print Failures
I think you need to lower the print temperature, the default Ideamaker setting for ABS on Pro2 profile set at 250c, I think you can try to lower it down to 220-230c.
In case this still fail, you can try to turn off "Enable retraction" under "Extruder" tab in Ideamaker.

Re: PRO 2 Print Failures
fails = not adhere to the build plate? or plastic warp causing the nozzle to strike the print object?
When printing with ABS, you need to turn off the cooling fan, set heat bed to 100c and close the lid and all panels.

Re: Raise3D Pro2 initial impression
Here are the photos of the bottom of the Pro2. Another thing that I notice is that the metal purge rods that come in accessories box can not get through the extruder gear from the top unlike the upgrade Bontech used on N2 so there might be some change in dimension of the extruder design. 15268898832...

Re: Raise3D Pro2 initial impression
็Hi Jetguy,
I will check it out for you next week as I want to know as well if stepper drivers are upgradable or not.
When power on, the stepper motors for XY hold its position and can not move by hand till disabled it on the touchscreen. I didnt try to move Z by hand so I am not sure for that.

Raise3D Pro2 initial impression
I believe many of the forum members have questions about Raise3D Pro2. I just received Pro2 and will like to share my initial opinion on this new machine. + 1) the machine build is as rigid as N2, nothing change on this aspect. 2) the Z movement is more quiet than previous N2 3) the aluminum build p...

Another video, summarized all the upgrade features of Pro2. There are holes on the side panel to accommodate larger spool size, possibly just recently added. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=keFzOfHw1Nw https://photos-5.dropbox.com/t/2/AABdPfwidqSJZh2gNIiTMrgQD6tqjUjgIR0KPp4CitaxvQ/12/15614503/jpeg/3...

Re: Just Released N2 Pro
Now Ultimaker S5 show all the details and I will say that Pro2 Plus seem like a better value on the paper. They are almost same price USD5,999 (r) vs USD5,995 (u), different build volume 280x305x605 (r) vs 330x240x300mm (u) Ultimaker S5 come with various swap-able print heads and 2 types of print be...

Re: Just Released N2 Pro
I had seen BCN3D Sigmax dual printing and I like the feature when dual printing, the unused nozzle will have temperature drop down to around 150-160c to minimized the oozing and kickback when it is about to switch back to do the printing. Though this might not work for Raise3D Pro2 as it is not Inde...
