Feature request camera view.
For us hobbyists with only one are a few printers. There are a lot of features that I don’t really use on RaiseCloud. And that so fine I guess. But there is one feature that I use a lot. And that is the camera preview. On the desktop we interface the window with the camera view is really small. In t...

Re: Update from RaiseTouch with cloud from 1.2.1.428 to 1.4.0 not possible?
Just wanted to let you know that the updated worked fine when I hade more local storage available. Really like the new cameraoptions. The image from my Logitech C920 really cleared up with higher pixel dimensions and higher framerate. Good to see that you still support the N-series machines and make...

Re: Update from RaiseTouch with cloud from 1.2.1.428 to 1.4.0 not possible?
Seems like the printer was low on internal memory. Deleted a bunch of files and now the printer is extracting files.
Really should be a warning prompt in the printer that states that the updated failed due to to little internal memory available.

Re: Update from RaiseTouch with cloud from 1.2.1.428 to 1.4.0 not possible?
Version 1.4.0 is for E2 printers. If you are using Pro2 series or N series printer, you will need to use version 1.4.1. image.png Ah. Sorry. That was a typo though. It is the updater_1_4_1_529_Pro2_N2.raisepack that I have downloaded. A restart doesn't trigger the update like it should If I go to M...

Update from RaiseTouch with cloud from 1.2.1.428 to 1.4.0 not possible?
Can’t one update from RaiseTouch with cloud from 1.2.1.428 directly to 1.4.0? Put in the usb and restarted the machine N1-Dual. No reaction. Do I need to update the intermediate version first. The machine says it’s updated. The usb is the one provided with the machine and seems to be working correct...

Could you share the cap stl model from your first images in this thread. I can try printing it and see if I get the same "error".

Re: PRINT STUCK TO PRINT BED
Use a Japanese spatula with a handle and a really thin blade. I find that the thinner the blade the easier it is to get in under the print and get it separated from the print bed. Also printing with a raft will make it easier.

I would also like push notifications for finished print.
And also push notifications to Apple Watch with image from camera at every X minutes. (There X can be set by the user).

It looks like you have choosen 3 mm filament rather than 1,75 mm in the slicer. Do you use IdeaMaker? I did that mistake with cura and got something similar.

I would also like to know what features are identified as bridging. I seldom see parts of my objects marked in the preview as “bridging”.

Re: Pro2 hot end won't cool down (board issue)
I can’t say for sure. But random errors are often caused by a broken flat ribbon cable. The flat one from the extrude board. I have replaced mine twice. There is usually extra cable tucked up inside the machine. Drag out a new part. Crimp a new contact and reattached.

Yes. It’s many variables to take into account.
If you are hitting the supports it could also be that your bed is level but that you have put the nozzle a little to close to the bed.

Re: Reliable supports that's "not" touching platform?
@noren - I'm printing similar models, and also have the issue of the generated supports getting knocked over. Generated seem to create too little support/vulnerable supports, and the slicer goes overboard. Did you come up with a system? If your supports gets knocked over you are probably extruding ...

We made a beta version which might can help this issue when accessibility enabled. If you'd like to run some test for us, please let me know. I will gladly test it. But I have tried disabling everything in system prefs regarding to accessibility. And I still got crashes. But I happily try the versi...

Men visst. Den kame...
